Installation and replacement
Driveway work we take on
New driveway installation
Driveways built from the ground up, with base, reinforcement, and finishing planned for vehicle traffic and the slope of the lot.
Removal and replacement
Old concrete broken out and hauled off, the base reworked as needed, and a new driveway poured in its place.
Base preparation and drainage
A compacted base and proper grading so water moves off the driveway and away from the home instead of pooling on the surface.

Built to hold up
The details behind a durable driveway
A driveway takes daily vehicle loads, weather, and runoff. We build in the details that keep it stable and looking clean over years of use.
- Reinforcement sized to vehicle loads so the driveway resists cracking under regular use.
- Finish options from smooth trowel to broom finish, chosen for traction and appearance.
- Control joints planned so cracking, when it happens, follows the joints instead of the surface.
- Curing handled correctly so the concrete reaches strength before it takes traffic.
Driveway process
From base prep to cured surface
Removal and base work
Existing concrete is removed if needed, the subgrade is graded and compacted, and base material is placed for a stable foundation.
Formwork and reinforcement
Forms set the driveway's shape and elevation, and reinforcement is laid out to handle vehicle loads across the span.
Pour, finish, and joints
Concrete is placed and finished with the chosen texture, and control joints are cut to manage cracking as the slab cures.
Cure and open to traffic
The driveway is protected while it cures, and we tell you when it is ready for foot traffic and full vehicle use.
Signs to replace
When an aging driveway should be replaced
Surface wear is normal, but these signs usually mean a driveway has reached the point where replacement makes more sense than continued patching.
- Wide, deep cracks running across the driveway or splitting slabs into pieces.
- Sunken or heaved sections that create trip hazards or hold water.
- Extensive surface scaling or spalling where the top of the concrete is flaking away.
- Repeated patching that no longer holds, leaving the driveway looking worn and uneven.
